THE MEAL PREP RECIPE THAT'S SO GOOD BUT SO EASY ANYONE CAN MAKE IT!

|cooking ki dunya we want to take this and get this on here oh that was kind of gross i
apologize but just look you can just scatter spread it out okay everybody's happy
here we try that once more okay everybody's happy here yes yes steak and broccoli we've got our
broccoli and beef we've got our fried rice i can do it sideways and we're ready so
they're gonna go in the oven my oven's on at 4 50. you're gonna watch this
because you don't want to overcook the beef i believe it's going to be
somewhere around 15 minutes the rice is going to be about 15 minutes too but
then we're going to add remember that egg we were talking about then we add
egg to this but nothing needs to happenn until 15 minutes from now see you then
and after 15 minutes here's what we've got hey beautiful
okay we're gonna get to the beef and broccoli in a second but we're gonna
finish the rice like this like this this is two beaten eggs so i'm just gonna
pour this around get it all up then i'm just gonna mix it in with this little spatula
and this kid's going back in the oven oh for about another three four minutes
maybe five as soon as i'm back we'll finish off the beef and broccoli
by the way it's beautiful the steak is just it's just perfect so here's what i
want to do i want to give it a little bit more of this sauce so just drizz drizz drizz
drizz drizz right a little bit never hurt anybody
we don't have to inundate but certainly there's lots of flavor in this let me do that
yeah i didn't season it with any salt and you always want to do that so a
little blast right here and why didn't i do it earlier anybody
because you forgot because i forgot so now this and we're going to meal prep
these but we're going to add sesame seeds but i'm going to wait till these
get in their containers but if you have a bite right now if you get one of these
guys beautiful take a bite you hear that that's called well hey
it's called delicious it's also called crisp tender you don't want it mushy the
15 minutes is all this needs but what i need now is a bite of pepper and of the steak
i couldn't be happier let me get the rice then we meal prep
then we eat then we go home and we finish watching uh yellowstone because
the two-hour finale is on tonight all right move this kid over and here's our
rice wow it's hot fantastic so now if you just do this look you can see it
started to look cooked egg it's perfect so just do this a bit i'm so happy with
this [ __ ] not [ __ ] deliciousness and this gets a tiny bit of salt too i
always say this if you think that this is unnecessary step
it really isn't the soy has salt yes of course but this kind of salting right
here or if i'd done it earlier just enhances the natural flavors of whatever
anything is okay should we make one yeah
thanks lads it will take one taste while i'm standing here because you need to
max is over here oh it's just freaking delicious fried rice
with a little bit of heat from the sesame chili oil all right let's build
this and see what it looks like first in put rice on one side
rice beautiful this side or beef and broccoli
and make sure you get everything you want the peppers you want the broccoli
of course you want the beef wow gorgeous gorgeous one more of these guys up here
right now two things bryce get some green onion of course from the beef get
some seeds come on huh i mean we almost went from nothing to this in a half an
hour right a little bit of prep a little bit of time in the oven a little bit of
this and you're happy if i had this for my lunch or my dinner
or whatever breakfast damn i'd be all about it okay you don't need to watch me
make the other ones but i will when i snap my fingers it will be and there we
are beautiful perfect only problem is now i want to eat one which depletes my
uh my what my resources for the week why no there's
another word the only problem is i want to eat one but it's going to deplete my
stock i'll be down to four which is you know it's not all week so i got an idea
if i eat two of them now then i can go monday wednesday friday that's the
answer if i eat three of them then i can start the week with one and end the week
with one no okay sorry wait but what if you have work on tuesday saturday monday
then you're an idiot and stop it i don't know then you're a putts just
remember what i say even if it's just to me or the boys this is a cooking channel
oh there's all kinds of channels out there that do [ __ ] with food but are
they doing things that can help you or are they just like oh i don't know
making a stack of 2 000 pancakes rhinoceros for the hey guys thanks for

it's the beginning of the year we're starting the year quite nicely wouldn't
you think yes why don't we get some comments about what's tough you want to
make why don't we get some comments about the things we want to make about
the things you want us to make this year see it's not so easy putting words
together is it took them five tries let us know the kind of stuff you'd like to
